Due to Covid-19 our Silent Auction has moved to online-only this year. Last year our auction raised over $10,000 and the online portion was responsible for most of that, so we are excited at the possibilities! We are asking all families to be responsible for an auction basket or a standalone item. This could be a basket that you put together with items that you purchase or items that you solicit donations for. It is not necessary to wrap the basket, as we will need to take pictures of the contents for online presentation.
Some ideas for auction donations include gift cards to your favorite restaurants, family outings, rounds of golf, salons and spas, Hilliard Bradley gear, college baskets, and any sports memorabilia or game tickets for Ohio State, Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, and Columbus Blue Jackets. We are also excited to add our designer handbags to the auction this year, so if you have a new/slightly used designer purse that you would like to donate, we would love to take it off your hands.
And remember, we are a 501c3 organization, so those willing to donate will be given a letter for tax donation purposes.
We need everyone’s help with this fundraiser, so please take a look at the following Google Spreadsheet and see where you can help out.
We are also looking for a few people who have a social media background that would be able to assist in pushing out information on the Dugout Club’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram profiles.
